We are compelled to feed the hungry, convicted to provide for the poor, driven by fearless love to protect the orphan and relentless in bringing comfort to the widow. We are the connectors that thrive on building communities within the community.
We include the outcasts and will stop for the one.
The lost souls break our hearts and define our purpose for showing up when no one else will. You won't find us in pulpits, behind microphones, or in religious circles, but rather with soup ladles and breadboards serving where there is a need.
We are laid down lovers of Christ who are well aware that God's favourite people might not be found amongst the privileged, rich or famous.
Although we are ordinary people who share the same sentiment for sunset cruises on the horizon that feel like freedom, we will give our 'yes' any day to the call to where the hot African sun rests on a nation where fresh running water can only be found from the true living waters of the word of the Lord to see freedom come to any and all.
